Yehu , The site is just Free online guide , and not SCAM .. many members who are expert with these type of cards will tell you whether these info are right or wrong ..

But i have another problem here , I just read thread with subject ( Sticky: No Bank Accounts and Ebay Accounts )

I tried to edit and change the topic name but i could not . I got warning b4 because of such mistake that i posted thread in wrong folder ! .. please if some one knows the dmine of this forum to ask him correct my topic name or to move the thread to another folder in case it violent talk gold rules

AS for paypal .. I contacted etrade and they still accept paypal account . most of these ppl who can not send funds to etrade may having problem if they access paypal with different IP of their registered country . and its also the same issue with other debit cards

This one obviously scam ! So, don't even have a stupid thought about this bank ! That's my advice based on experience, still depend on your decision !
