Do not buy their card. It either does not work or takes weeks to get funded. The card being advertised is not the one you get because it doesn't exist according to VISA and XL (card issuer) personnel. Paper work for logo never submitted according to same. You get a "temporary card" for your troubles
Do not buy any CAN products. They either do not exist, do not work, or are never delivered. Just ask the people who have been members and forked over millions of dollars where are the products that were offered, paid for, and never delivered.
Members purchased "City Sites" that were quickly confiscated due to new rule about "sales targets" A rule that was not listed at the time of purchase of the City Sites. CEO refuses to refund members their money for sites he confiscated. He is KEEPING the money.
CEO is illegally holding funds and only select members may get payment. He didn't like it that members asked the hard questions so he froze their accounts. Members with longer history with CAN have left and retained legal representation to pursue legal action against CEO.

CAN is now being investigated by FBI and INTERPOLE just to name a few.
BEWARE!!! Do not associate nor align yourself with this scam from Spain. Once you pay your money you can't get it out of their "pay processor" CANpay or CAN'Tpay, if you will. Bankwire requests over 2 months late. Excuses, Excuses, Excuses ad nauseum, but final result is no payment.
Two years ago CAN was the cats ass of internet programs. Everywhere you looked people were singing it's praises much like PIPS was infallible back in October 2004. This is another reason why I don't trust PIPS. It has too many similarities to CAN, which also paid a lot of people for quite a long time and is still paying some people.
CAN was also going to franchise a chain of CAFES a year ago. They posted pictures and everybody and his mother was going to own a CAN Cafe. My how time changes everything.

Network Agent Status
On August 28th, when I paid for my domain through live help, I asked a question regarding Network Agents. My question was: “if I upgrade to network status would I be charged the full $100 in addition to the $31 previously paid?
The agent misunderstood this and charged my credit card the $100. Stupidly, I allowed this to go through assuming (**Agent is Rick Little's son)
that I would have done it at some point anyways. After all this, the rep tells me that “oh, there already is a network
agent in this area.” After some discussion it was decided that I might be able to have this area, and that someone
would get back to me to confirm or refund the charge. When I emailed Rick about this on 11/9 you replied: “I have asked for this to be investigated”
A month has gone by with no response, and I am now requesting a refund. The payment details are as follows:

There is no refunds available on Domains…..

As far as my site, can-roguevalley.com, it’s been 3 months and still not programmed for

Oregon is just not ready for this yet. In going through the other USA sites, I am not alone.
It’s a shame, because I was willing to give this 200%, and what was supposed to make
money for has lost money and my time to build this has run out.

We have some "weird expressions" (quote from my daughter) here.
We often refer to something that is useful, or new and innovative as "the cat's ass" or the "cat's meow".
Don't ask me where these expressions came from or why?? I really have no idea. We live on an island in the Atlantic and the dialect spoken here hasn't changed a lot since people migrated here from England, Ireland, and Scotland 500 years ago.
We haven't become Americanized yet. lol No offence to Americans.
Our written language is similar to the US and the rest of Canada but our spoken language is quite unique. I often find myself conciously trying to change my speech patterns when talking to people from outside the province so they can understand me.
If I was to call a friend and ask his plans for today it would sound something like this.
Wadda ya at daday? Try saying it very fast and you will get some idea. We are more lower class British than the lower class Brits are. hahaha
Similar problem with me Debra. As I posted in other threads (especially in debit cards forlder), I sent $100 to the card from my stormpay account. It was loaded last November 19 but until now, nothing happens with my pending transaction.
I't just $100 but here in Philippines, Its a one month salary of a factory worker.. The truth came out. Rick Little is a scammer and cannot explain why these things are happening.
I think we can do a complain. I am far away and have no idea how to do it but I'm sure there are some members here who knows how to file a formal complain..
