Just if you guys don't know, this is just another variant of Betamax's software. (They are the makers of Voipbuster and all other variants).
Apparently they are creating so many variants with so much claimed "free countries" so that they will get as much as users as possible.
But of course, there is a catch!
If you look down at the very bottom of the page, it states:
Quote:

* Max 300 minutes per week of free calls, measured over the last 7 days and per unique IP address. Unused free minutes cannot be taken to the following week(s). If limit is exceeded the normal rates apply. With your FREE DAYS you can call for free to all the destinations listed as free! when you have no FREE DAYS left the normal rates apply. You can get extra Freedays by buying credit

Note that are very unclear about the asterisk they put there. They actually have a categorization for their users... So you could be in one of the two categories:
Trial Users - You are in this group when you sign up for this service. Calls are
LIMITED TO 60 MINUTES. For some variants, there might also contain a cut-off time of exactly 5 minutes. After you exceed this "trial" use, you will get an error message saying your trial has been expired and that you will need to buy credit to continue use. (You are not subjected to the free 300 minutes usage. This is only applicable for the REGISTERED users group. In other words, if you don't pay them, you don't get 300 minutes)
Registered Users - You are ONLY in this group if you PAY. That's right. ONLY if you pay. By paying them ~10 Euros, they will give you ~90-120 so called "free days". In these free days, you will get 300 minutes/week. If you do exceed these limits, you get an error as usual like the free users do. Some variants allow you to extend your free days by buying credits and the amount of free days will be added as an extension.
Note that Betamax also has a program called Voipbusterpro. They claimed that they have "unlimited" calls for 10 euros per year. As always with Betamax, there is a catch! First, connection fees (per call - with 5 euros credited to your account) Then the "reasonable usage" (300 minutes/week) also apply. (You could see how this is NOT unlimited!)
As you could probably see, this is not the company you want to put your money in. They come up with different sneaky terms and conditions to try to rip you off completely.
Final words: If you plan to use this infrequently for calling long distance and you do not plan to talk very long (perhaps 5 minutes), then this is for you. Otherwise, go get a REAL phone company / phone card company that doesn't rip you off.
Hope this clear up things...
