Folder Rules Re Proxies

A reminder re the rules about the use of proxies in this folder:-

Hello.
How do you find if a user tries an exchange.
But after 10 minutes uses proxy to check PMs ?
Is it possible ??

It would show the login's IP as the proxys, but if the initial post/login didnt reveal a proxy then what difference would it make?

What will you do if proxy is default of some ISP? I think it will be problem with some exchanger who come from Vietnam.

My understanding of this situation is some are using a domestic isp and using a proxy to circumvent that isp's domestic use only condition.

Claiming it is a Vietnamese issue is misleading.

The rules are quite specific for a reason.

Lets not get to carried away , if i ban i ban for good reason, its not something i enjoy doing but now its out more info is already coming to light re kate.

Lets not worry about who i ban or why, unless of course you have concerns about the validity of what i do.

My goal is to stop threads like this by enforcing this thread

I do not understand why anyone would not like that concept.

I believe that the first thread should not be stopped.
But the second should be enforced.
If you close 1st thread, then users that got scammed will start a new thread and exchange folder will become full of complaints and scam alerts.
How ever some one tries to check a scammer can do it in first thread.
Thank mods who banned about 8 scammer and double usernames I detected.
Hope we have a clean and legit folder.

oh no i am not saying that thread should be stopped, i am saying i would like to slow down the amount of posts in it though.
