This folder is here to help you build your downlines and earn referral commissions. You may NOT create a new thread for a program that already has a downline thread created. Please use our search feature to determine if a thread already exists. Below are the guidelines for starting new threads:

(1) All Titles must be formated in the appropriate way. They must include: "The Name of the program" followed by a space and a "-" followed by another space then "The URL of the program" (without the "www"), followed by one of the 4 categories: "(Hyip)" "(Autosurf)" "(MLM)" or "(Affiliate)" An example would be:
"TeamEarners - teamearners.com (MLM)"

(2) The body of the new thread should include the referral payout details for the program, or downline details for MLMs. It should also include either your referral signup URL or referral ID and the URL used to sign up to the program. Thats all. No discussion related to the program goes in this folder. That is what the public forum is for.

If there is already a thread created for a program, you can still earn referral commissions by viewing the thread, and the last post in that thread. You signup under the last signup in the thread, using his/her referral link. You must deposit at least the minimum amount required by the program in order to put your referral URL next inline.

After you signup using the referral URL of the last poster, you must reply to the thread, state that you have signed up under the last poster, the amount you spent into the program, and give your referral URL.

If you post a thread, and the program stops paying, or goes the way of a scam, then PLEASE make a post in the thread saying "Program Closed - Do Not Participate any longer"

The next person to signup will then use your referral link and you will earn commission.

Important question - how about GPT?
I'm earning decent income with PTC and want to promote those sites here. Can I define them as "Affiliate"? Or it will be OK to say exactly PTC?
