BAN this scammer.

His previous nickname here was offshoreworld

He scammed me for more then $420.

He is from Brasil this scammer.

He is also know on ebay as a scammer.

Ok he's banned now. How do you guys get scammed so easily? Sorry but I really don't get this.

It happened in May 2006. During an exchange with paypal, he reversed it.

So if I say some body is a scammer, he is banned then ?
Don't you ask for proofs and supporting documents?
Even no chat sessions ?

I don't know if he's a scammer or not, but i know i wanted to do an exchange with him and asked that we use escrow through pluugy (supermoderator) but he said no and most people that are scared of escrow are usually rippers!

It depends who is reporting it. As I know talkgold124 a little + one other member confirming it, I believe it is the truth, and if it isn't, they go complain to Brian, which didn't happen, as far as I know.
