New Rules re Minimum Time Periods Before Using This Folder

As from now, we have new rules about who can post in this folder.

Any member has to have been here for 4 weeks before being allowed to post.

Until the script can be set up to take care of this adjustment, we will not allow any members who don`t qualify to use this folder.

Mods will remove any disqualified posts, and warn or ban the member.

The script has now been changed so that only those who qualify to post in the WZ will be allowed to do so.
