No. But I'm confident that this is not just another "use Adwords to promote affiliate links" guideline. Bear in mind that Clickbank refunds you your money within 1 or 2 business days if you think that the product is not as good as the sales page promises.
Yea, I agree from reading various googled forums it doesn't look like another fly by nighter but a pretty good system.. When I find the time I might have a dabble.
I've been using Profit Lance for a few days now and could not be more pleased. Course take my word with a grain of salt because I used to be a PIPS member and I also belonged to GINS.
On a serious note, the Profit Lance system allows you to learn affiliate marketing. It goes beyond that however. You not only learn how to promote products being sold as a Profit Lance member (affiliate) but you also learn every step of the way in copywriting, social bookmarking, pinging, writing press releases, writing articles, how to work with AdWords and AdSense (becoming one of my favorites), getting traffic to your site(s), blogging, etc... The nice part is that the system takes you step by step and guides you through essential steps and projects. You have templates setup for websites and a task manager to track your progress.
Would I call this a get rich quick scheme? Heck no. But I do give the owner of Profit Lance props in that he updates the site on a regular basis and provides so much info (sometimes overwhelming for a newbie) that you can spend months just learning the different techniques. For me, it will help to promote my real estate investing business and sports photography business and hopefully very soon replace the income in my current j.o.b.
As an update, I've now received profits in the way of Adsense while using Profit Lance. My next journey is into finding ways to promote Clickbank through PL and I'll keep everyone updated as to how that goes.
Things have actually been going pretty good. I've been taking things one step at a time and there are a bunch of ebooks to go through. I've made money with adsense and by being an affiliate of Profit Lance. Overall I would call this a great program because regardless of whether or not you want to promote Profit Lance or any one elses product or service, it guides you into how to market on the internet. I'm now looking into what it takes to market my own ebook. Cool.
