Sorry to hijack your thread, but I can't make a new one or find one that is a better match for my question.

I also need a debit card, but one which accepts international Western Union loads (not only SwiftPay/USA) and at a reasonable cost per load. I would actually settle for an ATM card, but it has to be a plastic and not a virtual. Can anybody suggest something suitable?
