4. If you are going to create any banner ads they must be approved by EcashWorldCard before they are used, not following this rule will result in intimidate forfeiture of any funds earned.*

You will automatically receive a notice when someone has actively purchased a new card, meaning paid for their card. On the 1st of each month your referral balance will be loaded to your EcashWorldCard.*

You will automatically receive notice (in your EcashWorldCard Back-Office) when one of the people under you loads, and what percentage you can be expecting. Load Commission is paid out on the 1st of each month, and loaded directly to your EcashWorldCard*. (You may also request payment via any Virtual Currency we support)

No this is against Alertpay TOS. You can only purchase physical goods with AP.

BY THE WAY, for those of you who are looking to distribute, we do not offer the EcashWorldCard for distribution, however we do have a NO-ID No Name on Card, Visa available that we do offer reselling and distribution on.
