I've been surfing the forums for quite a while now, doing in the legwork and researching various HYIP's amongst other online business opportunities.

My only problem is, being a broke student, I am currently a bit broke.

However, in a bit of a twist, i have just got back from a week stay in hospital with a collapsed lung (was not much fun i can tell you!).

Every cloud has a silver lining though, and this meant that i had to cancel my holiday that i was due to go on in the summer, as I am under doctors orders not to fly for the next 6 to 8 weeks. This means i have the refund from my holiday on its way to me, £450 or so.

I'm planning on using this to start my online money making journey. I will probably start with affiliate marketing, just to generate enough revenue so that the risk is not so heavy when i do push money into HYIPs or other risky investments.

Any advice you could give to this newbie?
