What is the best HYIP monitor? I can see, there are 100s of monitors out there for HYIP ratings.
Most of them are give honest rating but some of them show "PAYING" status for SCAM sites as they are paid referral commission by admin of that scam site.
I was scammed on www.hotforexday.com because all monitors on that site show "PAYING" status as admin pays only to Monitors and writes fake reviews on those monitors with 2 or 3 different IP address. He scammed me for $15.
