No this card is not one time use,
you can use it as many times as you can.
There are other value loads also available.
Can't be used for Gambling, Casino and poker sites...
Recently also ppl say that this does not work with adwords.

I don't have a $15 card in my inventory, the closest value is $25
that would cost $37 LR/Wmz.

I , too, need a card. I am a complete newbie, so let me know what I have to do to get the card in plain english. I will pay you through paypal. Can your card be used to verify a new paypal account?

Hello,
I have the cards that work with Paypal and also support AVS.
Lowest denomination is $5 that costs $16, and I only accept payment
methods listed in my sig.

I do not accept PP, sorry for that.
