I don't mean to hijack your thread but I don't have enough posts yet to create my own thread. Here's my question:
I'm from South-Africa and I have a Paypal account that's limited to only sending money. I can't receive payments from Paypal members. I run a few websites and I'm currently only receiving money from my clients via Moneybookers. A lot of people however only want to pay via Paypal which left me to search for a means to receive Paypal payments.
So far I couldn't find anything that will be able to do this. I've bought a VCC and got the expanded use number to verify my new card, but I'm still not able to receive funds from other Paypal members. Has anyone got some ideas on how to achieve this? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
Note that I don't want to register a foreign company in the US and get double taxed, first in the US as well as in my own country when I bring money over from the US to my SA bank account. I'm looking for the cheapest solution. I've tried the E*Trade route but they keep on "loosing" my documents in the mail, even after I sent it to them 4 times, which left me to believe they don't want to deal with someone from SA.
Two years back I have bought beside by partner from Australia (former agent of VMI) two cards Virtual Money Inc. And their has not registered. Now hee doesn't work with card VMI. Since VMI does not co-operate with Australia!
Possible beside you to register these two cards for me for money. I can pay 100 USD (webmoney, liberty reserve, altergold).
