Looking for help setting up panama paypal account for withdrawls and recieving funds.

I'm in need of the following:

#1. Bank account based in panama or some country that shares the same sorta views on taxes and siezures.

#2. Paypal account that can be tied to the bank account and that can receive funds from other paypal customers plus withdrawl funds from paypal to the said bank account.

#3. ATM Access to either the paypal funds or bank account funds or another secure method of receiving those funds into canada.

This all needs to be 100% anonymous and not have to have my name tied to any of it.

ok would there be another jurisdiction that I could use that would prove me the same sorta protection I'm looking for that paypal would work with ?

paypal do not work with most if not all offshore urisdictions

Paypal tends to stay out of any bank secrecy country. Their games do not work with bank secrecy.

Ok so what are my options then, is there any other way to take care of this? Like say have my customers directly deposit funds to my panama bank account ?
I just need a simple way to get my members to pay me and to protect my funds offshore.

it depend what kind of business you will have, they can send you wire transfer, but this might be costly

Use a payment platform that accepts wires, e-currency and credit cards. From there transfer your funds to your Panama bank account

What I need is a loadable anonymous credit or debit card thats offshore and can be used to setup a paypal account with. The name the card and paypal account will be registered under I prefer not to be mine.

The paypal account once setup will also require ability to withdrawl funds to that credit or debit card as well.

Can this be done and if so how ?
