Can my $1 really add up that fast?

Sorry i dont think this site works.
It says that just for a dollar we can make that huge sum of cash but the flaw is that this site owner has created this site in a free hosting provider.
And the major flaw is that he/she accepts paypal payments(which paypal considers matrix system to be illegal)
And the next is that registration fees $1 but when you try to pay them it accepts $0.01 doesnt that look odd.(that means you can register with just $0.01) and he promises to pay its members ($0.25 for every referrrals) ha ha..

The creator of this free website must be silly or a scam.
Please beware friends... dont fall for this site. he/she can vanish any time...
