I think after reading and comparing sites for an IBC, i have decided to go with OCRA.
but do they offer a ibc and account package?
i read a horror story about dealing with those packages because the agent or who ever, rep?, had access to everything and was charging the customer everytime a transaction went out. will i get that with OCRA?
i really need to get this ibc up and running so any help would be greatly appreciated. if you also have any other suggestions, having the ibc and bank doesnt matter where it is located as long as its not in exempted .
I would suggest you research the jurisdictions and banks yourself before trusting an entity. Also consider advantages of using a law firm for attorney client privilege.

OCRA does not offer IBC and banking packages. They would rather you sell you a corporation or IBC and not mess with the banking aspect although this is the real key to an offshore structure.
Their real interest is charging high annual fees that are almost as much as the incorporation fee. From their site.......
"Annual Statutory Fees
The provision of a Registered Office facility, registered agents fees, local representatives, company secretary and statutory filings varies between jurisdiction and type of company and range from $500 - $3000.
Minimum Annual Responsibility Fee
When we are requested to provide professional directors, managers, officers, professional trustees, foundation officers or nominee shareholders an annual fee of between $1225 and $ 2200 is levied dependent upon the jurisdiction varies."
There are countless threads here regarding clients who bought corporations without the ability to easily and quickly open a offshore bank account.
But then again, it is easier for offshore firms to sell a product that a solution. So good luck opening a bank account.
Have to agree with everyone. OCRA charges exhorbitantly. EG: for a seychelles ibc which they charge at us$ 2000 and over it is possible to obtain at us$ 200 or us$ 300. Bank accounts are not their priority, rather overpricing clients. I have had experience with some of their ex clients complaining that OCRA charges high fees and ends up not finishing the work they promised-eg: renewal fees paid but the company was never actually renewed and when the client requested for certificate of good standing it was unable to be obtained and correspondence with them somehow just faded....
