1) Ticktack is just out of order. He is being un-necessarily rude and causing trouble over something that he has no understanding of, he has never had anything to do with i96; nor will he ever - so he should keep his nose out.
Who is he to think he knows something about i96? How can he possibly be an authority on determining what is a scam and what isn't. He can't tell one end of a hyip from the other. He has by his own admission never had anything to do with hyips - he presums them to be scams and thats that. And he works for a forum that is dedicated to advertising them. Enough said about his morals and convictions. Just an egotistical, powerhungry and nasty person.
I challenge him to resign his position at TG once I PROVE / once it becomes KNOWN that i96 isn't a scam. Lets see how he stands by his convictions.

He [ticktack] thinks this is a scam; so lets see how strongly he believes that nonsense statement he keeps making. Lets see how much he trusts his own judgement. If i96 is a scam and not real; then he has nothing to fear. If not - I challenge him to forfeit his little power trip at TG.

The difference between Richard's Scams and the other ones you are comparing to, is that THEY ARE ALL NEW. That is what Richard SHOULD have done... but his problem is he keeps coming back with the same name, same story, same excuses, same bull***t. And for what its worth, he had loads of chances... JPD, I96 and I96 version 3. So he had 3 chances before he was permanently banned, and besides that MSN conversation probably sealed the deal. LOL.

I will partially agree with number 2.
But look, yea we all know that the same scammers are here running different programs, but they don't admit it, and they change their names, the site designs.. i mean its really quite creative... but theres no 100% definate way to prove, and then if it does happen, then they start another one...

You realize hes refunding fake usernames right? and that there is no 100% way to prove the house-money came in. He's not playing poker right now, he's stalling by winning then losing instead of just winning constantly.... This is about the behavior of the TG moderators and there is definitely something going on here that has absolutely nothing to do with Richard and investment96.
NO 1 is a no goer since when has being banned from one forum stopped anyone talking about anything?
Getting banned sure stops talking on THIS forum.
On DTM (which coincidentally has been DDOSed for the last four or so days) Richard mentioned that he had dirt on Brian. He also mentioned it in the investment96 thread (in the WZ) here (shortly before being banned).
He has been around since 2003 and at the very least what he has is that TG has allowed a 15 year old to run illegal programs here.
