In general, I would think that if a program can eat the loss from e-bullion (assuming it IS a total loss which may or may not be the case but people assume so) and pay their users in a different e-currency, that says something about their commitment and strength. Does it also mean that they aren't a scam? How many hyips do you know of that did this - ate the loss themself and paid out in alternate currency?

So far,as I know, safeatom is great. All investors who made deposits via e-Bullion will be able to withdraw money using AlterGold in safeatom.

Of course, there are some programs, and I think it should be a good company which will give you a profit a eat your loss.

So far, as I know, the second program after safeatom is Olympex-group. They have provided E-gold---LR exchange service. They are thinking about EB exchange service, I'm waiting for their official news.

I have heard that Perfect Money also allows HYIPs , but I don`t know how good is PM.

As good as any other e-currency that allows HYIPs. In my opinion PM is a good alternative to LR. But that's just MPO.
