Anyone know a good, reliable offshore formation company?

I need as much info as you can give me... I want to have a few replica goods websites, and am wondeirng how to do it properly. Can someone tell me a good, reliable company to go with. I need a merchant account that provides ATM Debit cards, information on company formation, if anyone knows of any good web hosting companies.

as far as i know merchant account do not provide debit cards, funds are sent to your corporate account and for corporate account you can get debit card

ive been trying to find a reputable service also, but it seems that a lot are scams. definitely stay away from wsr corp..

check out ocra.com sorta cheap but there are hidden fees and costs.

offshoreprivacy.com will probably be posting tomorrow promoting his company, hes been around for a couple years it looks like. im still unsure of the company

there is another site called offshorebvi.com that ive found people recommend.

its really hard to find a good site because there isnt to much feedback that you can find.

so by any means necessary double even triple check the company before you commit.

You are going to have trouble. Replica websites are considered criminal in most any jurisdiction - copyright violations. No reputable merchant account operator or formation agent will work with replicas lest they be accused of conspiracy or facilitating. I know you see them operating but are they really operating or are they just designed to get people to order and enter credit card info so their card information can be used for fraud. Then the couriers and postal authorities will not want to ship them. Then customs of various countries will confiscate them. So maybe your business model needs rethinking before you waste a lot of money trying to make something work that will not work.

you're right. I'm very skeptical because I haven't seen or heard enough..

I may recommend 1 site company that incorporates china firms - they are much cheaper rather than other resellers. But if you plan to go outside china, apostille adding would cost +200 usd.

You have any prices on Chinese corps and can they translate these into English?
