I do understand ofcourse that Cyprus has a good banking system, that wasn't meant to be my point. What I'm trying to say is, that if they are licensed in Panama (which would be strange since Panama doesn't allow suchs Financial Services licenses for a E-currency) why are they banking outside (non-licensed) the country in that case??

Well it's not about long-life and so on, it's just if corporation's don't follow nor have the correct licenses to do what they do they might become the target of investigations like E-gold is going under.

They provide a license number, someone who know how to check licenses just has to check!

Almost all well known e-currencies are incorporated in Panama. WebMoney, E-Bullion, Pecunix and even AlterGold -)
