I have not been able to access my new LR account because I was not provided a Login PIN. (I was provided a Master Key #). Over the last several days, I have sent numerous emails to LR Customer Support requesting a remedy to my login problem. TO DATE, I HAVE RECEIVED NO RESPONSE!!! Any constructive ideas are welcomed.
This happened to my friend and he contacted the live chat support, they sent to him an email with details immediately. Dont use emails, they take so long to respond.
You will see a green box in the upper right side of the page, press it and enter the chat. Give your email to the operator and she will help you promptly
I'm still lost when I create LR account I choose my own password, master key, personal Q & A plus welcome message.
They haven't changed this have they?
definitely not, he simply lost it or is not retained after registration, because LR do not send data on email.
Also, their supports take to response about 3-4 days for me
