There is another way to buy Pecunix. First open PM account, fund it by wire and then make a withdrawal to Pecunix (3% fees). Takes 2-5 days to complete, depending on your bank's location.

Withdrawals are not automatic. If you request a withdrawal during business hours it takes a couple of hours to complete.
