where do you buy emoney with xoom service ?

I`ve read that people use xoom to buy paypal , and their system is a little bit difficult for newbies.

why everybody accept WU service but dont accept Xoom

i just signed up for xoom last night, i am only going to use it for larger purchases or receiving larger funds, i dont know about buying paypal funds but im pretty sure you can use paypal to fund your xoom account.

its not like normal e-currencies this looks really strict in which you actually have to know all details of persons you are transacting with as identifications are required to be filled in for your recipient..so if your sending someone money you have to know their name and all their details it looks like, and when recipients go to pick up cash at selected locations they will be required to provide the same identifications that they provided you....

xoom is reliable but very expensive... I only used them once..
