I'm selling my 2nd monitoring site (check the link in my signature)

Includes:

Own modified template + pre-made header (PSD).
Advertising panel script (this is NOT the ordinary GC ads panel, it's totally external script supports many types of ads and auto expiry function.. etc.)
Database backup to restore to your hosting account.
Domain name registered on estdomains (free move to your account panel).

Monitor approved by TG monitoring affiliation.
and integrated with program discussion thread in program's details.

Note: I'll help free to transfer the site tou your own hosting account if needed.

Hey ..
Actually I guess I can't sell the template only right now, cause this for sure would affect the monitor selling .. sure the buyer will need the template to be unique only for his monitor .. or what do you think ?

Instead .. I can design you a new similar template for your monitor as I created this one myself.
I'll pm you more details ..

The best offer was 130 till now !
what do you guys think ? .. should I ?
actually I'm looking for more .. note that I could make those 130+ ore more easily in the next few weeks (2 weeks ~ 20 days) I have little more spare time to work on it in the coming days.

I guess I should wait for more offers ..

umm .. not yet actually
