I am issued a warning, will this warning automatic be removed after some days? I edited my signature according to policy.

No. There is a thing as warnings and warnings level. Your warning remains nomatter if the warning has expired or not(your warnings can only be seen by moderators and by yourself). But your warning level goes down when a warning has expired.
