Great site for getting FREE referrals. Click people links or join sites to earn stars. Then spend your stars to get people to join under you in any program you want. Get referrals for all PTC sites and also social networrk sites. Can contact support if you want a custom ad ( if you want to give different amount of stars to what the site allows). They normally take around 48 hours to ad your custom ad.
I have found putting your site in PTC site not listed category (as most of my ptc sites are new and aren't listed) and aiming to keep your ad on the first couple of pages ( normally about 20 stars) works well in getting quick referrals.

Its something similar to refferal exchange, in other words.
Just can use earned stars in different ways (offering different amount of them)

Though i prefer to buy signups rather than joining to a lot of programs, which im not interested, just to get these stars. Idea is good for those who do not want to spent for refferals money, of course, but, to be honest, both my mentioned ways is a waste of time (or money in second way). 90+% of incentive signups are inactive in my opinion. At least almost none of my bought signups were not active. But there is always a chance, of course.

It's not a waste of time at all! I'm a HUGE star referrals fan! and Christina the admin is super helpful. You also don't have to incent the signups there... you can place free PTC ads for new programs. It's true that incent signups are usually inactive but if you advertise only the best programs they'll WANT to be active. Pay someome to join a program and they'll forget.... Pay someone to join the kind of program they've always dreamed about but never found and they'll be active for life!

well i don't know it could be just me but its not working LOL i have been with them for awhile but nothing oh well just have to wait and see i guess.

Making sure your on first 2 pages of signup offer helps. Normally 20+ stars and havin program that is quite new.
