I have been reading all about LR, which was who i thought i was going to use, but after reading about all the problems and questions now i don't feel safe with them. So I would like to know, who is the best and safest to use? Who offers what and what are the pros and cons of using whoever?
I am trying to get back into HYIPs after being out of it for 7yrs but a lot has changed, and some has not.
To start with i need a place to put my money, so any and all feed back will be welcomed.

And instead of picking on one i would really like to hear @ who you use, why and your experiances.

Liberty Reserve has SRK key log-in and they have libertyguard which tells the user he is on the original website or not. The customer support is also good. So I think Liberty reserve is the safest.
