Starting a micro loan investment program

My idea is to setup a micro loan investment program. This program will receive fund from investors and give loan to people from 3rd world countries. I have a network from these 3rd world country so won't have problem giving out loans and recovering them. However the returns that I can give back to investors are around 5% per month.

More details will be given when this idea are been implemented. I would like to find out from all or you what do you think of this program? Any suggestions or comments for me? And also will you join this program?

IMpossible for you to make even 5% a month in sustainabily, as in who would invest, and why would you give out these loans for free?

It seems like it would be a difficult endeavor to sustain, have you gotten any professional financial advice regarding your plans??

Looks to me a very bad idea.

Let's suppose you are honest.
How in the world you could know that your people from your "network from these 3rd world country" are all honest ones?

Well actually I was hoping that you'll post your queries in the forum in the micro-investments.org site so that more people will participate there but no problem, I will replies your questions here.

Firstly, I'm confident of the network we've created. The amount of money loan out and amount of money received daily are all documented and reported daily to me and only certain key personel are holding limited funds daily so even if they are to run away with the money, its not worth the effort for them as we know where they stay and who their family members are.

Secondly, we'll received lots of loan application from people who want to borrow and screen them. Only those approved will be posted on our site for interested investors to invest. Minimum loan amount will be US$100 and we'll split into 10shares for 10 investors to invest. Each investor are advice to take up only 1share per loan although they are welcome to take up more shares. Our advice to take up 1share only per loan is to minimize their risks.

Thirdly, the interest rate of the loan we giving out is little compare to loanshark who charge 20%-30% a month or bank who won't give them a loan without any collateral. They will be grateful and try to repay on time so that next time when they need money they can borrow again. Even if they can't repay the full loan amount they can repay the interest first plus in our website we have mention that we'll only loan to people who have an ongoing business at this point of time.

Frankly speaking, I've started some micro loan to these people sometimes ago to test the market and so far we have recovered our capital plus some profits. We've encountered borrowers who can't pay on time, borrowers who can't pay the full amount and even the interest but after allowing them some extra time, they managed to repay the full loan.

Well most people might think that this is another high risk low return but if you compare it to all the hyip program this is the program that work because we do real investment and its how we managed the risks. Everyone are welcome to invest a minimum of US$10 and see how our program can work for you. Oh by the way, we're trying to install a new software for our site so it will be unavailable for the time being.
