BlockDos - No refunds, No answers

It's already been 1 month. BlockDos suspended our protection on 13th September when we paid for protection up to 29th September.

Kindly refund our $200 excess dues. We have been good customer of yours and always made payments of our bills in time. Now we receive no reply at all to our mails nor you refund for services which weren't delivered.

Its really very bad support. At least they can reply here.

Sponsoring and spendig money for advertising is not only the way to keep increasing the cusomers. They should be more concern about the support.
I have found various complaints about them and now afraid of taking their services..

This is just to let everybody know -

BlockDos terminated our services on 13th September 2009.

It's 27th October 2009.

And they are yet to satisfactory reply us and issue $200 refund for unused services which they charged in advance.
