Do any HYIPs exist that take all the money they get and invest the funds in other HYIPs?

I don't think very highly of any HYIPs. They're all ponzis, but I was thinking... if there was a "fund" that I could put my money into that invested its pooled funds from all "investors" into other HYIPs, I would be much more willing to risk my excess e-currency on that.

Things that I think would be desirable would be these:

1. it was operated by forum admins and/or HYIP monitor admins, such as talkgold.
2. they only put money into the largest HYIPs, say the 10-15 most popular at any given time (this way the money is "diversified" pretty well, so if one or two HYIPs go down, it's not going to ruin everything, and the loss is made-up for by the profits from the others)
3. the admins take a small fee, and they take the fee only out of the profits, not the principal
4. investors could check the "prospectus" and it is operated very transparently
5. it could optionally be exclusive to forum members (and thus promoting the forum)

I think something run like that could go on for a long, long time and be very good. Why hasn't anyone done this? Or have they? Does something like that exist already?
