when do you get up in the morning?

hi buddies,

during working days i usually getup at 6:am and go for 40 minutes walk but on holiday i get up at around 10 am.

what is your routine?

oh, this is a big problem for me, usually a few days I sleep 3-5 hours and then one day I can sleep up to 15 hours LOL

When I worked as a flight attendant I used to sleep about 15-16 hours, but now when I have a 9-hours-working day I sleep only 7-8 hours.

I think that sleeping more 8 hours is quite harmful for one's health.

yes i also think 6-7 are very normal sleeping hours

I'm a night person, I guess. I sleep by 2am and get up at 9 in the morning

I get up at 8:00 in the morning and go to bed at 12:00 in the evening.

i usually get up at 6:00-6:30am and then mum drives me to school at like 7:45 yes i take forever to get up and do stuff haha we dotn have school thursdays so i sleep in same with weekends
