Mods are not paid. This is because we had problems in the past when we were paying mods. I'd rather it be people who volunteer then people are are doing this for the money. There can be conflicts of interest if we pay.

Compaired to the "bias conflicts" we have now, what is better...paid Mods that you tell what you want done...or ones that thrive on unbased argument and cause bias based conflicts?
Proven fact...you get what you pay for in Mods...NOBODY DOES THIS FOR FREE unless they have an agenda or an axe to grind...
I think we are seeing the melt down here now... and being a Mod gives them license let conflict run rampant.

We arent "volunteers" in that sense. TG doesnt pick moderators who ask to be moderators. TG asks people to be moderators, which they can then accept or refuse.
BTW, between us mods there is around 20 years of HYIP experience. Thats something isnt it?
