From many days i am facing downtime from many hours

Will i get refund. i dont want to loss and client because of downtime

There is no problem with any of our server.

You are facing problem because you are totally new and don't know how to handle file inside FTP.

If you Move your public_html to other folder and change the chmod for www and public_html folder.

And complaining us that you can't access to your site

u have seen that error but have not seen that your server was having problem from 4 days and your support team have accepted it that your server was having dos attack

just do 1 thing for me
please restore my delted files , your support team asked me to recreate mine account and i said yes and all files of mine was deleted from your server

i have reinstall script but mine license file is gone .

i want to get back 1 file index.php from admin folder
please restore that file to any folder and reply me.

hope u help me this time.

I didn't know is it possible to make as it is before without re-creating account, when someone move his public_html to other folder, change the chmod for www and public_html folder.

But didn't they told you to make backup all files.

May be i drag files by mistake with mouse , thats why the files was moved.
they asked whether they can recreate account i said yes.
if they asked whether we can correct the location of files i would have said yes , and i even gave password to check mine cpanel to o-2hosting.

We also ask you to make full backup of your file to your PC as we are going to terminate and recreate your account, after that you reply us to recreate.

Yes we have DDOS attack 3 days before and we already solved that problem in an hour.

And DDOS attack is common in HYIP world, Even TG, MMG, EG go down for ddos attack though they Pay over 1K for there server.

Any way we are not going to reply any of your question further on this forum.

YES i make full backup , u can go to mine control panel and see there is backup file of more than 2 mb. and it has 219 files in it.

but when i check the file i downloaded i found some files missing

why, i choose to do full backup .

i thought i can get support so i came here , ok sir i will post reply ticket only from now.
