Ok... so what do you want? The referral link removed (not sure how that would help anyone) or the banning of the discussion (wouldn't help anyone either)? Just to note the ebook is a pretty good seller at clickbank and clickbank, known for their stinginess, has no problem offering the book forsale.

I would imagine that clickbank would have no problem with somebody selling an e-book on how to spot the undercover cops in your neighborhood when you are selling crack, either ... but that's not the point.
TalkGold took a big positive step forward when it stopped displaying HYIP advertising banners with the "edbri871" referral link. Outlawing the sale of HYIP scripts was another big winner in the quest for legitimacy.
I would propose that editing this thread to remove the name of the book and the link to its associated website would enhance TalkGold's reputation for playing fair and square in what we all recognize is a pretty sleazy arena.
Brian, the word Ponzi would attract attention including from the feds. That is the reason why I mentioned it. Have you seen the informercials of Kevin Trudeau for his books on natrual cures? The feds try to silence him on those books.
I just wanted to state that I personally admire whoever made the decision to restore the deleted portion of this thread. The main reason that I have posted exclusively at TalkGold for years is because I feel that this is the forum on the internet pertaining to the subject matter of HYIP where newbies can read divergent opinions without having to wonder whether someone with an agenda has filtered the information they are receiving.
I would also like to point out that I made no statement concerning whether this e-book was "legal" or not, no statement implying that selling it was "illegal", and no statement that receiving a referral commision from selling it was "illegal".

That's not the only reason the Feds took a special interest in Mr. Trudeau.
Wasn't he caught promoting "questionably unethical" methods of coaxing banks and government programs into handing out gifts and loaning money?
I can't remember the link or the source, but I read an article about him owing around $30K (in the hole) or so due to one of his hyped "easy-money" methods.
