As for legal, when you fear the Gov, you no longer have freedom of speach.
Freedom of press is guarenteed in the constitution and it is your "Right" to publish anythng you wish.
If you worry about some Ponzie book yea or ney...that is your choice.
I wonder why you won't give both points of view, since you are freedom of speach around here
