Sorry, I only counted one (you) and i've been trying to stay up on all the posts here.
Pretty much all the other posts fall into the category of:
- A promoter of someone who is a customer
- Someone who visited a web site of a customer
- Someone who heard from someone else
- A competitor
- Someone who we refused to pay an extortion fee to
- Friends of someone who we refused to pay an extortion fee to
Our BLCC Gold unit has served over 700 customers since it's inception in 2006 and currently has over 200 active which is completely verifiable through public information (tools such as dnsstuff.com).
With this said if I can count complaints on one hand we're still doing very well.
On the flip side of this, anyone who is a customer and may have a bonafide concern with their account should seriously consider allowing us to resolve any concerns in private via the ticket system so we may improve their service. Generally we only hear about complaints long after the person is a customer.

"Your getting a ddos attack that exceeds your level of protection, you can upgrade to the next level of protection to get your service back".
In fact. I don't know who would even ddos my website. Maybe They did. Only asked for more money.
