I had the same problem with egold exchange. Over 1 month pending but I got refund, wasnt easy. What I would recommend you is add their YM profile to your YM and just write a message. pls, avoid any angry statements about what you will do to them if they scam you..) just plain business english with some little pressure as time is money and you do not feel comfortable to wait for so long. they will never change their YM status but approx time you might get live chat is about 01+(2-3) GMT at night. at night in western Europe.
email is no use. if you succeed the guy will likely be offering you to wait a little more because they are over due to processing tons of payouts. I hope you will be smart to request your refund at least. In my case it was made automatically with sincere apologizes for delay.

Just wish you good luck, man dont lose hope.

P.S Incrementalgold is really approved by Alertpay. so its about time to report this issue to AP.

Wow.. I've been working with AlertPay for some time, about becoming an AlertPay exchanger, it will happen soon but I cannot believe they gave the mantle to incremental scam.

They cheat me. I have ordered 4 cards and paid approx. $100 on Feb. 8 & 9, 2007
The result is still zero. Indeed they did not reply any of my follow up emails.

For proof I have following transactions ID's

Order ID: 3f132b0f : batch # 75775866 (e-gold)
Order ID: 13bda8ce : batch # 75776523 (e-gold)
Order ID: 7ac0b179 : batch # 75796698 (e-gold)
Order ID: 902742f6 : batch # 75804630 (e-gold)

Then I filed a complaint against them to e-gold.

Ig has closed the e-currency business since a long time ago(March 2009) when we ceased the AlertPay exchanges.
Indeed, the website has been online during this time(only for web hosting).
All the orders have been refunded.

Regarding to the IG activity, I can say that our company bought the IG website in 2004 and we are not related with any other website or persons mentioned here.
During the time, IG has been approved exchanger(verified with documents) for e-gold.com, liberty reserve.com , alertpay.com
We have never had any problem with these payment systems.

The only "issues" came from scammers, kids, envy people who complained on forums just to make us a bad image.
For many times, the payment systems(like e-gold) requested us to HOLD the exchanges and refund them to the original accounts. Of course, we have been blaimed for that. By whom? By the ones who "lost" the funds, if I can say so.

As you can see, they dissapear during the time and IG remained(same e-currency accounts as we bought it in 2004)

Since 2007, the e-currency market almost dissapear(after e-gold has been closed) so we decided to close our business.
We appology if sometimes we have been rude but we are humans like you.
