I have lost thousands of dollars in hyips. It taught me experience.
With the experience I was able to gain back all the money I lost and start earning profits.
My personal opinion is the time it takes dealing with lawsuits can be used to research better programs to start earning again.
We don't want government meddling in the hyip biz. If you lose your money, tough luck.
If you want to play it safe, play autosurfs and use Alertpay. Lately I been seeing a lot of people getting refunds from failed programs.
Good to hear your experience. Btw, are you earning from autosurfs only now? How about HYIPs? as I know that, LR is really popular in HYIP biz but so so in the Autosurfs biz.

Hm, Maybe I should try and go for a refund through AlertPay
since the joker at FastProfitPowerline
appears to have taken my money and then ran!
Thanks for this hopeful post.

Hmm, but some processors, such as Libertyreserve, is not refundable.
I have been scammed 3 times with total lost of $5000. That make me smarter now especially on how to identify them. But, if you get scammed, just forget about it, and start new thing. Is really not worth it to sue or bring them to justice, Time and money will just gone, at the end of the day, you still don' know your fate.
My 2 cent advice is check in forum, check in search engine, contact the admin of the site, if you get a positive signs then proceed your way. If not, get the new one. Diversification is most important.. Balance high risk and low risk investment....
I have been scammed several times... however fortunately the amount i lost was not big enough... all in all i lost about $1000. However i made more before admins ran away (Largesum, invest manager, 4fxtrader)
One thing is for sure One should never try to search for compensating profit depositing large amounts to next HYIP...
this is just crazy and will definitely lead to another great loss

Sorry to hear you have lost so much. I guessed that you've been grown up in this course.
There are several red flags that pop up before i buy a system or give money to whoever on the net.
I now do one hell of alot of research before i plunk my money down into anything, and am on several forums all across the net.
My opinion is, if you don't do any of the above, you are throwing your money away blindly.
I especially hate when a site comes up out of nowhere and people are all abuzz about it.
Usually the ones you put your money into fast before you "miss the boat"
are always scams.
People are generally impatient, and it leads to ruin.
