can you suggest a bank or an intermediary company who let a non-uk resident opening an account with a UK bank totally online (without having to fly to UK to sign documents)?

We can offer this, yes, you might also consider the Scotland LP as there are no annual taxes or filings due.

Cost for either a UK LLP or Scotland LP with nominee director so your name is not on the public register is 1299 Euro plus courier and includes the bank account

Optionally, you can get a Belize IBC with UK bank account for 899 Euro and you do not need nominees as it is completely private.

Slogold, are you able to provide me with a little more information on this. I am a US citizen looking for a personal account with debit card in Euros. I am not looking for a corporate account at this time. Does HSBC uk, require that the identification documents be reviewed by one of their US branches (like their Singapore one does). My probelm is with my residency in on of the western U.S states, requiring travel on my part for some distance to have credentials reviewed by a U.S HSBC branch.
