Wow! This is really strange. "David Appleyard of Linwood, N.J.;". This guy lives like 3 minutes from me. Don't know him, but how ironic that he is involved with Patryn!
Patryn's name is actually Omar Dhanani. Aged early 20's, he hails from Fountain Valley, California, where it appears he grew up and currently resides around the Huntington Beach/Newport beach areas of Orange County.
This individual is in a world of trouble. He has been dealing with some very bad people and done some very bad things to a lot of people. From what I've read, he's had a hand in some bad HYIPs and those issues are really just the tip of the iceberg. He was known on the Shadowcrew boards as the guy to go to "wash" funds, when you needed to move stolen funds, charging 10% for exchanges. I'm wondering what the Dept. of Homeland Security thinks of a guy who cohorts with Russians that launder money and deal in fake passports and CC dumps. Russian mafia anyone???

Hope this clears up a few things. I wouldn't want to be in this guys shoes right now. I hope the attorneys he used to sue Paypal and others are still available, because he will need them if he doesn't flee. This guy is bad news and it's good news that he is probably gone.

That much is correct, although half the time he simply took the funds and didn't deliver.
As far as Patryn = Mario, most who've spoken to Mario such as myself will agree that he didn't sound 20. And if that was true, then someone else has a lot MORE explaining to do.

This could be a different Mario, as I'm not sure the Mario you guys are talking about. I'm not saying those are the names he used here specifically, but one's he used out in other areas (Internet boards, Real World) as well. I know of other names he uses, but I'm refraining from disclosing those for various reasons.

I don't think he means Mario as in "Mario Degryse". I know for a fact that Mario is in trouble with the Belgium Police for fraud, because I received a phone call from them asking me for information.
I'm pretty certain that Omar is not Mario. If he is then he fooled us all pretty good, including the Belgium Authorities.
Mario is 33 and is not Patryn. He still lives in Kortrijk, in his 300€/month appartment, spending 1000's of euros per evening. He's about to open a pub soon. To prove all his wrongdoings is amazingly simple, but nobody seems to care anymore. The guy ran away with 6 million euro and it looks like everyone moved on.
The point is, personally I don't care about what I lost to him but as long as he's free he will continue to suck people with his sly tricks and I would like to stop him from doing this, but alone and with a very limited budget it ain't gonna happen, at least not now.
