The only one I can endorse is http://www.offshore-protection.com/ This is a full service place I use for all my IBC interested clients at http://htis.info, the others I have used that were "cheap" were not full service, what that means is that you need to understand thoroughly the legal lingo in order to use the IBC to open a bank account or brokerage account or to sign up for an offshore website. The cheap ones also have many hidden fees. for anything you might want to do with it.

http://www.offshore-protection.com/ is full service in that the client can ask to have accounts opened in brokerages of there choice and they do not bill you when you contact them with questions. They are easy to contact and fast .... That's my 2 cents, but otherwise just do a search for cheap offshore IBC and you will get want I got, ripped off, The first one I bought from the cheapest place I found was a common law trust, it was completely useless.
