but these was the chat session i had with Michael from greathosts.biz, my conclusion is; u should never host a hyip site on greathosts.biz, eventhough they allow it. no DDoS protection which is considered a very important feature while choosing ur host.

Michael We do not provide protection against DDoS attacks and you should not expect such protection from a shared hosting provider in general. DDoS protection is an expensive solution. The last time I checked with a provider of a DDoS protection service they quoted a $5,000 setup fee and $2,000 monthly fee for such a service. The cheapest hardware device for DDoS protection that I have come across was priced at $11,000.

No, that is NOT true. Its always YOUR choice on what script you use. We are just providing you the server to host your script. We have nothing to do with what version of script you use.
