I am curious what sites or systems accept or use USA Credit Cards that don't get declined?
Seems every card I use at Neteller get's declined every time :( Are there other ways or systems or sites that work?
I want to find out how I can get into sportsbooks and/or poker/casino sites with my USA banks Credit Cards. Please let me know all you experts :D

Thanks for taking the time to reply Vedran, but I am looking for the sites, companies, programs, and process that USA members with USA bank backed credit cards have used and worked with.
Anyone else can shed some light on this topic?
Thanks! :D

That's easy. The best SB for doing USA credit cards is by FAR sportsbook dot com.
More cards will get accepted there than any others and that is one of the attributes that they use when they advertise.
Also specifically Providian, and Citbank cards I use there with no issues.

Wow, you guys have tons of info! I am wondering...is the system they are using the reason they work?
Or how come certain banks work at some places and don't work at others?
Thanks again guys!!!

There are a lot of variables involved. Each credit card has their own internal risk assesment team which determines their own max risk.
Providian may feel the business is worth it while another card may have a whole separate criteria.
Also it is the payment processor that the offshore book uses that matters, sportsbook dot com uses ECS with has stringent rules in place (security, limits, etc etc). Joeblow dot com may use a payment processor that is shunned by the industry.
Remember the risk involved for the cards is that you develop an online gambling problem, bet over your head and then do chargebacks.
You can imagine the amount of variables they look at when making decisions of that nature.

That is what I was looking for, the processor information. Thanks so much!
Are there any other processors that are really friendly with USA banks or have a good reputation?
Thanks again! :D

Personally I used to have the same problem and it took me a long time to find a reputable sport book that could get my card approved.
In the end I found a few ( not sure about posting the links, I hope it is OK with the mods )
USsportsbook (http://ussportsbook.com)
YouWager (http://www.youwager.com/?AID=Y30905&PID=TG)
BODOG (http://ad.doubleclick.net/click;h=v7/345a/0/0/%2a/f;45151838;0-0;0;14013173;6-120/60;18073063/18090958/1;;~sscs=%3fhttp://www.bodog.com/welcome/978415-AE9C/promotions/baseball/)
One thing I always do as well is check out a sport book or casino before I ever send them my cash, too many scammers out there!!
I use
Sportsbook Review (http://sportbookreview.com)
Official Betting Review (http://officialbettingreview.com)
The Online Wire (http://theonlinewire.com)

I would get your money out of Ussportsbook ASAP. Very close to collapse is the rumor. I do agree with you that SBR and TOW and The Offshore Edge and others have ratings. How do you think that those ratings are made? Money. Ever notice that at SBR only certain books advertise. Well those are the ones that can afford a 6k a month advertisement deal. Some smaller sites and forums do this as well but at a much lower cost and thus can promote a lot of books.
BetCris accepts most credit cards I believe.

I agree with you about SBR, but I dont think you can put faith in a ratings site that is not located in Costa Rica. Many of these so called ratings sites have never been to Costa Rica, have never been inside these sportsbooks, etc so you cannot put stock in what they say
I know SBR is in Costa Rica, so you have to consider their info, I also know Officialbettingreview.com is also in Costa Rica, and of course the RX as well.
Tow, their head guy robert goes to costa rica to check on all these sport books, so they also have more info than a ratings site not there.
Dont know about offshoire edges, so I cannot comment.
About US sportbook, have played with them for a while, have even met the owners they did not seem on the verge of collapse to me, but maybe you know something I dont. I Have also played at cris and met micky, and they are also a great book with i think some of the sharpest lines.
Point is, whomever you choose to bet with, check around first to make sure you will get paid when you win. If they dont guarantee to pay within 24 hours, go play somewhere else!

SBR-Costa Rica based but licensed in Netherland Antilles
TOW- Miami based but licensed in Netherland Antilles
Edge-Miami based but licensed in Netherland Antilles
OBR-Not sure and never heard of.
RX-RX has never been out of Costa Rica and even when Ken owned it, it was as is today a Canandian based company.
Eog.com- Canandian based.
When I say licensed I'm refering to their business license. This is usually done for tax purposes. Yes SBR is located in CR but most of their staff is for technical support. I'd guess that only Bill Dozier and John Walker are working on disputes. Only two out of a staff of 22. Play where you may, and because you meet owners don't think they won't go under. Betpanam went under 2 weeks after a huge superbowl party attended by some of the industries most well known and influential folks only to stiff people for over 500k.
