Well here are my picks for week 7. I am 7-3 so far this season:
Philadelphia -7.5 at Cleveland
Well I'm disappointed that I didn;t pick the eagles last week against Carolina. They ate 5-0 this season against the spread. Cleveland is not a top team in the NFL. Philadelphia is on a role. They beat a pretty good defense in Carolina by 22 points. They should win this game by 2 touchdowns atleast. Philadelphia has won every game this year by atleast 10 points. There is not reason for this streak to end with the Browns.
St Louis -7 at Miami
The Rams are on a role now. Probably one of the hotter teams in the NFL. They will be playing easily the worst team in the NFL. The 0-6 dolphins. Miami's defense is pretty descent however their offense is horendous. Look for St Louis to win this game by 17 points.
Denver -6 at Cincinatti
Denver has been playing extremely well offensively. Look for them to run all over The bengals and easily win this game by 10 or more. The bengals lost last week to the lowly Browns.
Goodluck all.

HA! Have you been watching what the Eagles have done to good teams? This game "should be" a walk in the park.
I've stayed away from betting on my favorite team after that first week. I remembered I have a rule when it comes to that. Too bad really, I'd be up big by now. The only teams that even have a chance to beat the Eagles in the NFC are the Vikings (already lost to them), the Giants (already lost to them) and maybe the Falcons if Vick is having his best day.
The teams that have a chance to beat them in the AFC are Pittsburgh (Nov. 7th a must watch), New England and the Colts. Definitely not the Browns, lol.
Now that I've opened my mouth I must go pray to Alah for hours on end in hopes that I don't have to eat my shoe.

I think the teams that have the best shot at Philly in the NFC are the Vikings, Giants, and Seahawks. Philly is still better then any of them, but if they put up a bad performance against one of these teams, they could lose.

The Vikings only cause they can score with them and Culpepper is red hot (their defense needs improvement if they are going to go anywhere). The Giants because it's been a great rivalry for years. The Falcons because of Vick and a gut feeling. The Seahawks have a chance now, with Rice. I'm sure they'll throw to him.
On the AFC side, The Colts because they can score with them. The Patriots because they are the best team in the league. The Steelers, gut feeling only and it isn't a strong one. They haven't played a good team yet and their only loss came against a team with a pretty solid defense. Their next two games, against New England and the Eagles will show their true colors.
This is the best Eagles team I've seen in a long while. Solid on both sides of the ball for the most part. They do give up yards but manage not to give up many points. Time will tell. I don't think its any secret that if they want the trophy and the monkey off their back they'll have to beat New England in the end.
BTW Brian, three good picks this week.

Seahawks picking up Rice was the best thing that has happened to them. I've stuck witht the seahawks for the last few years. I'd love tosee them win a ring.

I don't think Jerry gives you too much on the field anymore. He's a good possession reciever, but thats about it. However the Seahawks definetly could use a guy like him in their locker room.
Should be interesting to see how he is used in Seatle.

All I can say is wow! I did terrible this week. This was the week of the upset. I lost all 3 games bringing my record to 7-6 :(
I will have next weeks picks soon, hoping that I can turn my fortunes around.
Anyway, goodluck all. Sorry to those who followed my picks this week.

Can't do much about those upset weeks can we.
The Eagles were almost a victim of it. They didn't cover the spread for the first time this year but at least they won. Hard to believe they needed OT to beat the Browns. I'll tell you one thing, if they don't fix that run defense problem they are going to be in for trouble soon. Remember Minnesota's collapse after a 6-0 start last year?

I took the Cardinals over my favorite team Seahawks this week. The Seahawks seem to simply be falling apart. Hasselbecks 3 interceptions didnt help them either.
