Yes www.5dimes.com is one of the best. NEVER use a book that just takes e-gold and no credit cards, you will be scammed. 5dimes has a good rep and fulfills your requirments.

fonbet.com
Really nice sportsbook.
If you are lucky enough to get 10% daily, just go to gamble, no matter sportsbook, casino or poker, it is possible that you can get a better return.

Check out sportsbookreview.com and you will see 5dimes is an A grade sports book.
You can withdraw to e gold but you have to request through their live chat as it isn't an instant transaction as they don't hold a lot of e gold and you may have to wait a few days for payment
