The design is actually a publicly available template. The deposit/withdrawal forms are the same, but you can't really copyright those :P. They are not using the EzyHyip scripts either, but their design looks very similar to one site that used EzyHyip a while back.

There's a thing called Zend Encoder which encrypts the PHP code, but it requires special software to be installed on the server.
