I wonder why casinos don't offer a game like this? Maybe it's because they would go bust if they did?

Casino games must have a built in advantage to the house, else the casino loses money, and the casino goes out of business.

There are only two possible way one could offer a 250% payback on heads/tails:
1) There is no intention of paying the winners
2) The game is hugely rigged

Either way, this must be a total scam.
