e.g. West Ham v Tottenham - Asian Handicap

What's meaning "West Ham -0" & "Tottenham -0"?
Can someone explain that?

If you back West Ham.You win if West Ham WINS. Your bet is refunded on a DRAW. You lose on any other result.
If you back Spurs. You win if Spurs WINS. Your bet is refunded on a DRAW. You lose on any other result.
