You can find sites like that but after Deposit money on your account maybe they will require you some ID's when you want to cashout them

5dimes, i haven't used cc, but i fund with western union and cash out through e-gold, i am in US and they allow this, cause for my payouts its either egold or wait for check, they always accept my requests to cash out through egold, hope this helps

That's why I like 5dimes as well, a little more variety or more open than other sport bookers. Definitely worth checking out.
